    Brock Weatherup is a seasoned entrepreneur, operator, investor, and board advisor with decades of experience building and scaling high-growth consumer businesses. A four-time founder and CEO with three successful exits, he has also held executive leadership roles at multi-billion-dollar organizations, bringing deep expertise in consumer brands, technology, digital commerce, and growth strategy.

    As an advisor to TAW Ventures, Brock partners with founders and portfolio companies on scaling their businesses, leadership development, go-to-market strategy, and long-term value creation. He also serves as a board member and advisor to several consumer and technology companies and is an active early-stage investor in more than 25 startups across the consumer, pet, and health sectors.

    A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business, Brock is passionate about helping founders build enduring companies through exceptional teams, innovative thinking, and purposeful leadership.
